Jordans of Hull is proud to have genuine online customer reviews


It was recently reported in a BBC news article that there has been a rise in the number of businesses using fake online customer reviews to mislead consumers and help boost their brand reputation.

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) estimated that last year £23 billion of consumer spending was potentially influence by online reviews.

In some cases the BBC report found that businesses were found to be paying rogue review writers to leave positive comments about their company through review platforms such as Trustpilot. And in other instances, businesses were actually leaving fake positive reviews about themselves.

At Jordans we believe in being honest and open with our customers. That is why we partnered with Feefo, an independent online customer review website, to give customers the chance to leave genuine feedback about our products and services.

Customer service is taken very seriously at Jordans. Only a real customer who has bought from Jordans can leave a review, and all reviews (good or bad) are visible for everyone to read on the Jordans and the Feefo websites.
