New Alfa Giulietta Range Now on Sale
The new Alfa Giulietta recently underwent a series of aesthetical and technological upgrades as part of the Italian brand’s rejuvenation project. The changes will see a simplification of the trim levels, enhanced specification, revised exterior and interior styling and new engine and transmission combinations.
At first glance, the most notable changes are those to the exterior with its slick new front-end styling. This is complemented nicely with the introduction of the redesigned Alfa Romeo badge, as well as new alloy wheels, tail pipes and colours.
The interior too is reworked with new upholsteries, dashboard finishes and technologies. Changes to the Uconnect infotainment system in particular will now see drivers hooking up their smart phones to the Giulietta in more ways than ever before.
Under the bonnet there is now the option of combining the 120hp 1.6 litre turbo diesel engine with the Alfa TCT transmission. With a top speed of 121mph and capable of 0-60 in 10.2 seconds, the car returns 74.3 miles to the gallon with CO2 outputs of just 99 g/km.
The facelift also sees changes to the naming conventions; the range now includes five different trim levels: Giulietta, Giulietta Super, Giulietta Tecnica, Giulietta Speciale, and Giulietta Veloce.
Prices for the new Giulietta start from £18,450 and is now on sale at Jordans of Hull, East Yorkshire.
